Meals are delivered by volunteers and staff members Monday–Friday to every town in Lamoille County and on Mondays and Fridays in Worcester (possible through a partnership with Worcester United Methodist Church). Frozen meals are available for those that need extra help on the weekends and holidays. Milk can be requested and is delivered once a week.
All our meals meet one-third of the daily requirements for nutrition and fit into a low-fat, low-sodium, and low-cholesterol diet. We can also accommodate some other dietary restrictions. Please call for details 1-802-888-5011

MOWLC receives partial funding for the meals we prepare for seniors aged 60 and over from the federal Older Americans Act (OAA) through the Central Vermont Council on Aging (CVCOA). Both the OAA and CVCOA have strict guidelines regarding nutrition and require that we collect certain information from our recipients. When seniors or their families call to enroll in our program, we will ask a series of questions to fill out this form as required. It contains details about where and when the meals are to be delivered and any dietary concerns or food allergies we need to be aware of, as well as some demographics. All information is strictly confidential.
